Qatar 2022: Public Holiday Declared In The Kingdom Of Saudi After Historic Win Against Argentina

After Saudi Arabia’s 2-1 victory over Argentina on Tuesday in the World Cup, King Salman has signed a  decree declaring Wednesday will be a non-working day in the kingdom.

Seven-time Ballon d’Or winner Messi, like his teammates, appeared helpless, distraught before Saudi players who had won only three of their sixteen World Cup matches before Tuesday.

The surprise victory  Argentina this Tuesday will be celebrated late, late into the nights in the kingdoms  capital  of Riyadh.

King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud  approved the suggestion made by crowned Prince Mohammed bin Salman to offer a day off to employees of the public and private education sectors, as well as to students.

Everyone will enjoy a public holiday on Wednesday, as firstly aired by the Saudi Press Agency
