Rush FM FC seals huge partnership deal
North West regional championship side – Rush FM FC has bagged a gargantuan partnership deal with Sopocam Farms. A slick symbiosis, given that Rush FM FC is part of Rush Soccer, one of the largest youth football organizations in the world – with its head office in New York, USA.
The new Agro brand based in Muyanka, Bali – Cameroon, is an initiative birthed by popular radio promoter and football stakeholder, Sopo Ngwa, a Cameroon national based in the USA.
For starters, Sopocam Farms deals in fish farming, and sales kick off in March 2024, with the project having been in the pipeline for 7 years.
It is quickly becoming a franchise now for the lawyer cum business man who has majorly invested in different areas of the Cameroonian economy.
The most recent investment (Sopocam Farms), is to back Rush FM FC financially, almost a mirror of what was done by late Yong Francis, in the construction of schools to sustain Elite One side Yong Sports Academy.
Sopo Ngwa who recently celebrated half a century on earth in the US, has a vast resume of football administration across the country.
The latter invested massively in club side America for Africa in the South West before leaving to the North West region, where Rush FM FC was created.
The Football Club (Rush FM FC) got it’s initials from Rush FM, a radio which the promoter commenced as Social cooperate responsibility.
Sopo Ngwa has explained his projects to president of Cameroon’s Football Federation, Samuel Eto’o.
The two met in the US earlier this year, before the Indomitable Lions faced Mexico and the topic of discussion was how to promote grassroot football, so as to get results at the Elite level.
With Sopocam Farms now set to open its doors with a wholesale of tons of catfish from March, 2024, Rush FM FC will definitely see lots of improvements – in the North west regional championship.
