Saint Etienne In Advanced Talks With Etouga

Frank Mbella Etouga, 20, is close to signing for AS Saint-Etienne, as per reports reaching sportsglitz.net.

Asante Kotoko has reportedly accepted an offer from French Ligue 1 strugglers Saint Etienne.

The news first broke from sports journalist Mavis Amanor of Ghanaian radio station Asempa FM, as she hinted that Kumasi Asante Kotoko has accepted an €800,000 offer from Saint Etienne for the transfer of the 20-year-old prodigy.

“Frank Thierry Mbella Etouga is about to sign a contract with Saint-Etienne in the French League according to information”, Mavis tweeted.

Author of 16 goals in 20 league games, the Cameroonian has had an explosive season with his team who are on a fine lane in the Ghanaian Premier League.

They are 8 points ahead of their runner-up Bechem United.

Everything being equal, the player will leave the club at the end of the current season. Other top clubs like Galatasaray and Marseille have had close tabs with him through out the campaign.
