Stephane Mbia Contributes To Fuenlabrada’s Win Over Leganes

Former Indomitable Lions skipper – Stephane Mbia, made his debut for Football Club Fuenlabrada and lasted 63 minutes in his side’s 2-1 win over Leganes on Sunday, October 10.

The former Marseille man still looked up for it and perhaps over – showed his combative nature which led to him being booked at the 27th minute.

Fede Vico’s early goal for Leganes was cancelled out by two goals from González Bruno (own goal) and Alejandro Sotillos, as Fuenlabrada stole it late.

The team got back to winning ways after a disappointing one – nil defeat away to Malaga on match day 8.

Stephane Mbia, Fuenlabrada’s high profile summer signing, will be hoping his team continue in winning ways.

Fuenlabrada are 7th with 13 points in the Spanish Sugunda. They play next against Ponferradina on Sunday, Oct. 17.
