Synafoc Votes Zanga For December  POTM

The National Union of Cameroon Footballers (Synafoc) has released its December 2022 player of the month winner.

Ulrich Zanga was named Synafoc player of the month for December after some untrodden performances for parent club Aigle.

The midfielder will receive the David Mayebi trophy next Sunday at the Synafoc headquarters in Douala.

Zanga purely  won the distinction because of his influence during the Elite One matches in the latter stages of the first round. He scored two goals that helped El Pacha to take 4th place in his Pool A.

Zanga was on the cusp of not playing this season, in the earlier stages. The former LA  Galaxy II player left PWD for ES Setif without any notification, and he wasn’t liberated. Setif had to let go of the player who was recalled by David Pagou to Aigle. Now he is back amongst the goals and winning awards.
