TAAFI, Lausanne To Be Used As U20 Lions’ First Sparring Partners

In camp now for over a week, the U20 Lions have booked for two test games against Fondation TAAFI and Lausanne FA this Wednesday, October 19.

The two games will be played at Mbankomo, as preparations for the UNIFFAC intensifies.

As per the team’s media officer – Dean Mongo, the two games will be a perfect dress rehearsal, before Cameroon’s  journey to defend her crown at the UNIFFAC 2022.

The lads have been in camp since October 14 and both games against TAAFI and Lausanne will really do the charges of coach Yvan Kenmoe some good, as it’d asses their level.

Cameroon won the tournament in 2020 after sending three pass CAR without reply. Tournament MVP, Jang Sunday grabbed a second half brace after Saidou Ibrahim opened the scores at the 33rd minute, at the Malabo Omnisport stadium in Equatorial Guinea.
