Thomas Libiih Appointed Racing coach

Former Indomitable Lion Thomas Libiih will pilot the Racing ship.  “Tout Puissant de Ouest” ship. Elite 2 side Racing have gotten an elite coach!

The former coach of Leopard of Douala replaces Nje Biba Joseph, who has been dismissed for poor results.

After a brief stay on the sidelines of Léopard Sportif of Douala, the winner of the 1988 AFCON with the Indomitable Lions, will try to revive the Bafoussam-based outfit.

As gaffer, Libiih has an incredible profile. He won the The 2019 U17 AFCON with Cameroon. Libiih equally had a hand in Option Sports’ run to the quarter-final of the 2020 Cameroon cup.

Racing of Bafoussam are placed 5th on the Elite Two ranking with 18 points harvested from the first round of the championship.

Racing gained promotion last term but were relegated instantaneously from the country’s top-flight.
