Richard Towa has completed a deal with Cameroonian top-flight side Colombe Sportive.

The 54-year-old tactician returns to the sidelines after he left Gokulam Kerala, mid-season last term.

After a season in India, coach Richard Towa takes the reins of the Colombe du Dja et Lobo club, a Cameroonian first division club.

The technician who has formerly worked for Astres de Douala, Fovu de Baham, Renaissance de Ngoumou and the Douala Sports Union, was recruited to redress the club’s sporting situation.

The former coach of the Indomitable Lions U23 and holder of the UEFA Pro license, will take charge of Colombe du Sud for the remainder of the 2023/2024 season.

Towa arrives as a firefighter at Colombe in order to lead the team to the playoffs at the end of the return phase of the championship.

He will have the heavy responsibility of improving the results of the club which is in 7th place in Pool B with only 2 victories, 4 defeats and 3 draws at the end of the MTN Elite One first leg.
