Transfers: Allan Nyom Rejoins Leganes

Allan Nyom has returned to Leganes from Getafe until the end of the season according to Marca reports.

It is a home coming for the right back who returns to Leganes two and a half seasons after. The former Getafe player was a member of the squad that attained the best position with the Leganes in its history, ending thirteenth, with Mauricio Pellegrino gaffer.

Since the beginning of last week, the agreement was fruitful between Leganés and the footballer and after terminating his contract with Getafe, the agreement has been closed.

Nyom inked his deal until the end of the championship. His incorporation comes with some controversy among his fans who do not forget that Nyom celebrated a goal Leganes with great joy, after leaving the club.

A Cameroonian international who represented his country at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, Nyom has spent the majority of his senior career in Spain with Granada.

He joined Leganes in 2018 on loan from West Bromwich Albion before leaving for Getafe on a permanent deal the following year.

Getafe are currently 16th in La Liga, four points clear of Cadiz and the relegation zone. Leganes are 18th in Segunda, 14 clear of bottom-placed Alcorcon.
