Transfers: John Mary Leaves Avispa Fukuoka For Rizespor

A new adventure has begun for cameroonian international John Mary who has left Avispa Fukuoka for Rizespor, a second-tier side in Turkey.

A one and half year deal was signed with as undisclosed fee.

After a short time at Avispa Fukuoka in Japan, the Cameroonian striker has opted to join Rizespor.

“Hello everyone. Beautiful Rizespor fans! It is a great honor to join this family. I can’t wait to be in front of the fans,” the 29-year-old said after signing with the Black Sea Sparrowhawks on Friday.

The biggest mission assigned to him is to help the team reach the top flight next season. Rizespor is currently 5th in the Turkish Second Division standings with 37 points
