Uganda Cranes Put Out 25-Man Squad For CHAN 2022 Expedition

Uganda are well on course to the 7th edition of the African Nations Championship after earlier glitches of lack of funds.

Experienced gaffer Micho has chiseled down his squad to 25 players with Vipers SC, URA and KCCA standing out as the clubs with most players selected.

This is the 6th participation in the tournament for the Uganda Cranes, who really haven’t had issues making it to the group stage. However, Uganda’s inquest comes at the level of making it past the group stage, a feat they are yet to achieve in 5 attempts.

Uganda is housed in group group B alongside 2-time winners Congo, Senegal and Cote D’Ivoire.
