Vincent Aboubakar Scores In Nassr’s Win Over Abha

Cameroon international – Vincent Aboubakar scored a goal in Al Nasr’s 3-1 victory over Abha on Matchday 7 of the Saudi championship. His 89th minute goal was the third he has managed this campaign.

The victory was a hard fought one as Nassr came up against Abha club, occupying the 15th place on the standings and fighting against the relegation slot.

Aboubakar’s former Besiktas teammate, Anderson Talisca opened the scoring then doubled the advantage for the visitors (2-0) before the 40th minute.

Abha scored in arrears at the 75th before Aboubakar made sure his side left with all 3 points at the 89th minute.

That was the club’s second successive victory at the end of the 7th day of the championship. Al Nassr moves up to 3rd place with 12 points.

This performance by Lions captain Vincent Aboubakar will be welcomed by Cameroonian fans, a few days before the double confrontation against Mozambique.
