“We do not fear Senegal” – Rigobert Song ahead of group C Cruncher

The status of reigning African champion of Senegal does not puzzle Rigobert Song, the coach of the Indomitable Lions.

For Rigobert Song, Cameroon, with its five AFCON trophies, are above Senegal.

The former captain of the Indomitable Lions and his team want to confirm their leadership tomorrow at the Charles Konan Banny stadium.

“We played several times with the Senegalese team and we were always on top. The years have changed. It’s something else today. It’s a very beautiful generation that Aliou has had for a very long time.

“But, we remain the Indomitable Lions, with more stars than Senegal.

“Today, we have the impression of being above Senegal and tomorrow we will confirm,” Song told Journalists.
