Andre Onana Springs Inter To UCL Final

Inter goalkeeper André Onana has now reached new heights, as the Nerazzurri managed to keep a cleansheet in the Champions League semi-final second leg against Milan.

Inter reached their first Champions League final since 2010, as they picked up a 3-0 win on aggregate over the Rossoneri. They kept a cleansheet in both the legs and have now kept four cleansheets against Stefano Pioli in the same season and that is quite a rare occurence.

But as per sportglitz, Onana has now created history because of the number of cleansheets he has kept this season in the Champions League. He is now at second for the highest number of cleansheets for a goalkeeper in a season in Champions League history.

As things stand, four goalkeepers are still ahead of the Cameroon international and they are Keylor Navas , Santiago Canizares , Sebastiano Rossi and Edouard Mendy with nine 9 clean sheets.

The ex-Ajax man has been vital for Inter this season and this was the first time he made it past to the Champions League final.
