ETOKE SPORTS ACADEMY (ESAFUP),BUEA ROAD MUTENGENE Host Maiden Preseason Tournament

Newly created Etoke Sports Academy For The Underprivileged, ESAFUP, Tiko on Saturday, November 11, hosted the first maiden preseason tournament on the campus.

The tournament had ten games in different categories.

The preseason evaluation tournament that took place at the ESAFUP Campus, Buea Road-Mutengene had four clubs taking part in the U12, U15, and U17 categories. These clubs are Afrik Midi FC of Mudeka, ESAFUP, Rising Stars FC of Bonadikombo, and New Stars Sports Academy, Tiko.

On a day spiced by beautiful football from these clubs, the parents of these kids from the various academies and specifically those from Etoke sports academy enjoyed their stay on campus as they could be seen with beaming faces as they watched their kids showcase their talents.
It was also their maiden P.T.A meeting and visiting day as well for the boarding students.

For football lovers, it was an avenue for them to enjoy their weekend as they watched these future footballers of different ages exhibit their talents.

Meanwhile, to the management of ESAFUP, the tournament was the beginning of such football jamborees to be organized by the sports academy.

NB Etoke sports academy and Etoke High school is the pioneer legalized institution in the South west region where children can blend sports and quality education.

The Institution offers day and boarding facilities in the sports academy section,grammar, commercials and industrial sections from forms one to upper sixth.
