NKoulou Makes Winning Debut As Ranieri’s Watford Stuff Toffees

Former Lions defender, Nicolas Nkoulou played 14 minutes in Watford’s massive victory over Everton (5-2) in the English Premier League. It was the first appearance of the 2017 African champion in the Hornets’ colors.

Having gone down two times during the game, Watford was able to overturn the deficit and finally win, by three extra goals (2-5).

Playing in their back – yard, Everton took the lead through Tom Davies at the 3rd minute. It wasn’t long before Watford got their equaliser through Joshua King, 10 minutes later.

Richarlison, making his comeback from injury, scored Everton’s second, before Juraj Kucka equalised, then Emmanuel Bonaventure scored from the bench, before Josh added another two, to complete his hat – trick.

By winning away on Saturday, Claudio Ranieri’s ended a three-game losing streak.

NKoulou was on the sidelines at the start of the game but made his was in at the 76th minute.

He replaced right full – back Jérémy Ngakia.
With this success, Watford records her third victory and are placed 14th with 10 points at the end of the 9th playing day of the Premier League.
