Limbe Boils Ahead Of The Treasure Footy Tourney

The treasure tournament is set to kick – start tomorrow Saturday!

A couple of brave veterans who are into the beautiful game, are getting warmed – up for a football jamboree tagged: The Treasure veteran Football Tournament.

For newbies, the it is an amateur association football competition which will take place in Moliwe on Saturday and Sunday.

Contrary to some opinionated football fans, who take veteran tournaments less seriously, terming players; unfit or hungover, the Treasure veteran group is changing the game.

The treasure tourney as gotten by sportsglitz will involve players who also play at a high level of semi-professional football.

Detailed Program;

Four teams will take part as the tournament starts on Saturday Nov. 20th at the Moliwe field.

Team 1. The Law of (Awah Aloysius)

Team 2. Our Team Covenant (Teghen Ferdinand)

Team 3. Team Emeritus (Ehade Roland)

Team 4. Team Elders of (Mbella Francis and Edu Charles).

Semis are set to take place on Saturday November 20 and the finals on Sunday November 21st.

First Semi final game at 1 pm at the Moliwe field will pit: Team Covenant against Team Emeritus.

Second game: Team The Law vs Team Elders.
