Zambo Anguissa Set To Make Serie A Return Against Empoli

Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa, 26, has been listed by coach Luciano Spalleti amid 20 players to play against Empoli at 6 pm today.

Anguissa – who was an undisputed starter in for the Partenopei was injured in November, and was made to seat out for 3 weeks.

The Fulham loanee underwent medical examinations and doctors noted that he sustained an adductor problem in the final minutes of Napoli’s 3-2 loss to Inter Milan.

Napoli has played 5 matches without their midfeild anchor, and lost 2 games within that period.

Napoli are 4th in the Serie A, with just 3 points separating them from the Rossoneri, who are atop with 39 points.
