Charlene Meyong Re-signs At Miehzhou Hakka

Having lined up some fine stats during last term, Chinese D1 side Miehzhou Hakka, has extended the deal of Charlene Meyong for another season.

The erstwhile Louves Minproff lady arrived China four games in, and went on to play 7 games, scoring once and assisting 3 times as Hakka ended in 4th position in the championship.

The parent contract will run till the ended of the next campaign. As gotten from the club’s website, Charlene stated she was happy to “be at home” and also appreciates the “level of the championship with tough and very experienced teams”.

Hekka restarts their campaign in March with the kick-start of the Chinese Cup. Charlene Meyong will look to battle for a place in Cameroon’s expedition Morocco for the AWCON in July.

Meyong has made over 18 appearances for the Indomitable Lionesses and has played in all major competitions for Cameroon since 2018.
