Samuel Kotto Unveiled At Malmö FF

Samuel Kotto has officially joined Malmö FF, a Swedish first division club from Apejes Football Club. The Cameroonian defender is tied to the club until 2025 as he signed a three and a half year deal.

It is the first professional contract of the youngster aged (18). And it didn’t just come, but came with aplomb as the youngster joins a prominent UCL side and swedish juggernauts.

The promising central defender, who is a Cameroonian U20 international, was retained following conclusive trials and weeks of follow-up.

He was in Malmö in a successful test match last autumn, which has now resulted to his deal.

“Samuel is a physical and talented midfielder with great potential. We are happy that we were able to link him with us and look forward to a long future together,” MFF sporting director Andreas Georgson told the club’s site.

Malmo has played over 90 games in the Champions League and won over 22 Swedish titles. Malmo opens her season with the Svenska Cup on March 14 against AIK Football.
