Lionesses Defeat Apejes In Friendly

In camp in Yaounde since last Thursday, November 3, the Indomitable Lionesses played their first evaluation game on Monday morning at the Annex number 1 stadium.

It was against the reserve team of Apejes of Mfou, with the girls of Zabo winning (2-1) in great difficulty.

Eliane Bibout and Ndjoah Eto were the scorers for team Cameroon.

Pending publication of the final list by the coach Gabriel Zabo, the Lionesses calmly continue their preparations for the friendlies later this month against Senegal.

As a reminder, during his last media outing, Gabriel Zabo had clearly indicated that the ultimate goal of this grouping is to snap a few players who will join the final list of footballers who will travel to Senegal for the double friendly confrontation between Cameroon and the Lionesses of the Taranga scheduled for November 10 and 13.
