Transfers: Arsenal Make Evan Ndika A Top Priority

Seeking defensive reinforcements, Arsenal have reportedly reached a deal with Entracht Frankfurt’s Evan Ndicka ahead of next season.

Arsenal are considering signing an additional defender to bring full competition into play. With that in mind, the premier league leaders have been working for several weeks on a file concerning the transfer of Evan Ndicka.

According to the Daily Express, discussions are progressing well a few weeks before opening of the Premier League transfer window.

The Daily Express adds that, an agreement has been reached between the London club and the player for a free transfer for next season.

Evan Ndicka stood out last season, especially during the German club’s victorious campaign in the Europa League and then in the Champions League this season. He has been playing at the German club for five seasons and he is seeing off his contract, as he reportedly does not want to extend at this stage.

If the young defender joins Arsenal, he would definitely add value and significant competition in central defence.
