Moses Crosses The Dragon’s Path With Fortuna

Yuh Moses’ free kick was all that it took for AS Fortuna to smash and grab against Dragon FC on match day 9 of group B in the MTN Elite One.

Cameroon U23 youth international Yuh Moses banged in his first goal with AS Fortuna and the goal was worth a fortune.

AS Fortuna, back from an engrossing defeat up north against newboys Gazelle FA, needed to bounce back from that major set-back.

It took till the 78th minute to cut open the deadlock in the center derby. On a set piece, the youngster took steps back, opened his body up, puffed his cheeks and then, with a Ronaldo like run, stroke past the goalie.

It was only the second time AS Fortuna won a game this season, and ironically, it came from the man who has started most of the matches from the bench.

Dragon FC are desperately in need of inspiration at this point. They are placed bottom in group B with just 8 points from 9 games.

AS Fortuna are momentarily vindicated as they move above YOSA who are on 8 points. Fortuna have recorded 9 points from 9 games thus far.
