CAF Confederation Cup: Diable Noir Hit Three Without Reply Against Rivers

Diables Noirs was too hot to handle for Rivers United on Sunday, February 12, on match day 1 of the CAF Confederation Cup with a 3-0 win.

The Congolese representatives beat Rivers United 3-0 at the Massamba-Débat stadium in Brazzaville.

won with the score of 3 goals to 0 and grabbed first place in group A.

The Yellow and Blacks opened the scoring in the 30th minute of play thanks to Karl Wunda on an assist from Domi Massoumou.

Another goal was added two minutes later. Jaurès Ngombe widened the gap before Domi Massoumou closed the victorious first gams on a penalty in the 37th minute.

Diables Noirs did all the work at halftime and won with the score of 3 goals to 0 in full-time.
