Tawamba Scores After Four Months In Taawoun’s Win Against Damac

Léandre Tawamba scored one of Al Taawoun’s two goals against Damac as his side won 2-1 on match day 19 of the Saudi Pro. League. Prior to the goal, Tawamba had not scored for four months.

The latter’s last goal dated back to December 31. He was replaced upon return from the locker room.

At the 27th minute, Algerian player Abdelkader Bedrane made a big mistake which the Cameroonian converted.

After a bad pass from Abdelkader Bedrane, the player of the opposing team (Al Taawon) Léandre Tawamba jumped at the chance to score.

Fahad Alrashidi made it 2-0 after the pose for Taawoun and Mansour Ibrahim Hamzi’s 56th minute penalty for Damac was only just a consolation. Tawamba’s Taawoun are 4th on the log with 34 points.
