Draw Against UMS Leaves Cotonsport Winless In Last Four Games
Cotonsport of Garoua pulled a parity against an UMS side gaining flamboyance as the league drags on.
The parity left Cotonsport Winless in their last four matches. The last time Gabriel Haman and his men managed a victory was a 2-0 win over Avion on match day 6, but now, that now – seems a long time ago.
After victory against Avion, Cotonsport lost heavily to Canon at home (0-4), then, the Garoua based outfit have drawn their last three.
17-time Elite One winners Cotonsport are however placed 5th with 13 points. Just two points separates the country juggernauts from Colombe of Dja, who top the chart in group A.
There is however a contrast in fortunes for UMS. The Loum outfit have won 10 points out of a possible 12 in their last four matches, as they place second in group A behind Colombe.
Though early days, Cotonsport will need to find inspiration to win games. Up next for them is a game against struggling PWD.
For UMS, anything coach Ndoumbe Bosso has been doing – just needs to be unchanged. They face Eding Sport who are on a two game winning streak next.
