Cotonsport: Narcisse Nlend Returns

Cotonsport keeper  Narcisse Nlend has  had his suspension lifted on Friday February 25 and he can now play in completions for the side.

Suspended indefinitely on September 28 for indiscipline, Narcisse Nlend had, a few weeks ago, been ordered to join the Coton Sport team at its base in Garoua.

According to a press release signed by Fernand Sadou, the suspension of the EX Bamboutos FC of Mbouda goalie has been lifted.

“The Coton Sport executive office unanimously decided to remind you to join your club and subsequently lift your suspension if you have effectively returned to your place of duty. Having noted your effective return to Garoua on February 23, 2022, I inform you that your suspension has been lifted, your rights will be restored in accordance with the provisions of our statutes and internal regulations ”  reads the press release.

As a reminder, after the elimination of Cotonsport  in the semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup by JS Kabylie last season, Narcisse Nlend no didn’t return to the club.

The 30-year-old goalkeeper will train with his teammates next week since the team is currently in Lubumbashi  where they are preparing to face TP Mazembe next Sunday on the occasion of the 3rd day of group stage games.
